1. Order Processing Time
All products sold are custom-modified controllers and are carefully tested before shipment.
- Orders available in stock are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Built-to-order items are sent within 5 to 10 working days.
- Processing time includes final quality checks and packaging.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic / EU shipping: 3–7 business days
- Other destinations: 7–14 business days (if applicable)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

- Customs processing (if applicable)

4. Shipping Costs

- Shipping method
- Order weight and size

5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email.
- Tracking information will be provided when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped within the EU/EEA:
- No customs duties apply.
- VAT is handled according to applicable regulations.
For shipments outside the EU/EEA (if offered):
- The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
- Provide photos of the packaging and product (if damaged).
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
