REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES


Krass Gaming offers the possibility of returning your purchase in full within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. For the return request caused by non-quality problems, including but not limited to personal reasons such as dislike, the customer shall bear the returned shipping costs, all returned items will have a 20% restocking fee.

If you decide to return your item, please create a support ticket by sending us an email to business@krassgaming.com or submitting ticket on the Contact Us page within 14 days of receipt of the product. The controller must be sent back to us within fourteen days from the date of receipt.

We accept returns for defective products, in the original storage bag with all accessories, and documentation that were included with the product. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement. We will contact you for confirmation once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions. Please note that your bank may take up to seven days to process the payment.


WARRANTY

Krass Gaming  provides a 12-month (365 days) warranty period following the date you purchased the product against manufacturing defects for 12 months. Defective products within 12 months will get repaired or replaced at our discretion. You will need to arrange for the shipment yourself and the freight charge is at your expense.

This warranty does not apply to consumable parts, such as battery items, or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time.
