These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through  www.krassgaming.com (“Website”) operated by Krass Gaming (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope & Contract Formation

These Terms apply to all sales of products offered on our Website, including custom-modified gaming controllers and accessories (“Products”).

Product listings on our Website constitute an invitation to purchase. A binding agreement is formed only when:

  • You complete checkout, and
  • We send an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases including:

  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment issues
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Stock unavailability

If payment has been made and the order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

2. Product Information

Krass Gaming sells custom/modified original Sony Interactive Entertainment DualSense controllers.

All modifications are independently performed by Krass Gaming.

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in color, finish, or component appearance may occur due to:

  • Lighting
  • Screen settings
  • Manufacturing tolerances

Such variations do not constitute defects.

3. Eligibility & Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into contracts
  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or local fees

You agree not to place fraudulent, speculative, or abusive orders.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location.

Additional costs may include:

  • Shipping fees
  • Import VAT
  • Customs duties
  • Currency conversion fees

Payment must be completed before order processing.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error occurs, you will be given the option to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order.

5. Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may only be modified or canceled before production begins.

Custom-built or personalized products may not be canceled once assembly has started.

For EEA consumers, statutory withdrawal rights apply as described in our Returns & 12-Month Limited Warranty Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery in accordance with applicable law.

International customers are responsible for all import duties and local taxes.

7. Returns & Warranty

Returns, withdrawal rights, and warranty claims are governed by our Returns & 12-Month Limited Warranty Policy.

That policy forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

Krass Gaming shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by Norwegian or EU law.

9. Product Use & Modifications

Products are intended for personal consumer use.

Unauthorized opening, alteration, or third-party modification may void warranty coverage.

Krass Gaming is not responsible for compatibility issues resulting from:

  • System modifications
  • Firmware changes
  • Third-party accessories

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including logos, product designs, images, and text, is the property of Krass Gaming and may not be used without permission.

“PlayStation” and “DualSense” are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment and are used solely to indicate compatibility.

Krass Gaming is not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment.

11. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • War
  • Government action
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Labor disputes

In such cases, we may delay or cancel affected orders and issue refunds if necessary.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.

If you are a consumer residing within the EEA, you may bring claims in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Returns & Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Krass Gaming regarding purchases made through our Website.
